Services Provided

XinChaoEnglish offers online English tutoring through Zoom, including private and group classes.
Lessons are taught exclusively by Sara McFarland (Ngọc Anh).
Services are educational in nature and do not guarantee specific results, grades, or test scores.

Booking & Payments

All lessons must be booked in advance through our website or directly via email.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments or other third-party providers.

Cancellations & Refunds

Student Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson to receive a reschedule or credit. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.
Tutor Cancellations: If XinChaoEnglish must cancel a class, you will be offered a reschedule or full refund.
Group classes are non-refundable once the course has begun, except in cases of cancellation by XinChaoEnglish.

Technology Requirements

Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection, Zoom access, and working audio/video equipment.
XinChaoEnglish is not responsible for technical issues on the student’s side.

Code of Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully toward the tutor and other students in group lessons.
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from a session without refund.

Use of Materials

Lesson materials provided by XinChaoEnglish are for personal, educational use only and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed without permission.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and protect your personal data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy](insert link).
Classes conducted on Zoom are not recorded unless both the tutor and student provide written consent.

Limitation of Liability

XinChaoEnglish is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.
Tutoring is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Minors

Students under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to participate.
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring appropriate supervision during online lessons.

Governing Law
