At XinChaoEnglish, we value our students’ time and commitment. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for our tutoring services. By booking a class, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Refund Policy

Cancellations by Students

• Private Lessons:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson are eligible for rescheduling or a lesson credit.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

• Group Classes:

  • Once a group course has begun, fees are non-refundable.

  • If you withdraw before the course begins, you may request a full refund or apply the payment toward another course.

Cancellations by XinChaoEnglish

If we must cancel a lesson or class, you will be offered either:

• A rescheduled class at no additional charge, or

• A full refund for the missed session(s).

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at booking. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

• Completed lessons or partially attended sessions.

• Digital materials provided as part of lessons or courses.
